Good morning everyone and praise the Lord for another day and another chance to put one foot in front of the other to move in positive direction regardless of what the world system shows us because we are children of the most High God.
Today’s Prayer
Father, remind us that there is a time for us to pray in our closet, and a time to come out and stand up for You. Now, as everything is being shaken – our values, our beliefs, our faith – and the world is blaspheming You, our commitment to You is being tested, isn’t it? Help us to walk closely with You each day, to redefine our faith, and to stand boldly for You. Keep us from a “deluding spirit,” that we may not deny You. In Your son Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Children of God
By Faith we become God’s Children
Galatians 3:26-29
For you are all children of God through faith in Christ Jesus. And all who have been united with Christ in baptism have put on Christ, like putting on new clothes. There is no longer Jew or Gentile, slave or free, male and female. For you are all one in Christ Jesus. And now that you belong to Christ, you are the true children of Abraham. You are his heirs, and God’s promise to Abraham belongs to you.
Our Obedience proves us God’s Children
1 Peter 1:13-16
So think clearly and exercise self-control. Look forward to the gracious salvation that will come to you when Jesus Christ is revealed to the world. So you must live as God’s obedient children. Don’t slip back into your old ways of living to satisfy your own desires. You didn’t know any better then. But now you must be holy in everything you do, just as God who chose you is holy. For the Scriptures say, “You must be holy because I am holy.”
Our Life manifests we are God’s Children
Philippians 2:12-18
Dear friends, you always followed my instructions when I was with you. And now that I am away, it is even more important. Work hard to show the results of your salvation, obeying God with deep reverence and fear. For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases him. Do everything without complaining and arguing, so that no one can criticize you. Live clean, innocent lives as children of God, shining like bright lights in a world full of crooked and perverse people. Hold firmly to the word of life; then, on the day of Christ’s return, I will be proud that I did not run the race in vain and that my work was not useless. But I will rejoice even if I lose my life, pouring it out like a liquid offering to God, just like your faithful service is an offering to God. And I want all of you to share that joy. Yes, you should rejoice, and I will share your joy.
