We have a job to do people. There are still individuals that are around us every day who have not been introduced to our best friend. If you missed the past memos, I’m talking about Jesus. So stop taking a vacation from your work and JUST MAKE THE INTRODUCTION.
Today’s Prayer
Father, we are just imperfect people. We know, in a sense we are perfect in that we are made in Your image and saved by the blood of Jesus, but we make mistakes. We may misspell a word or forget something that we need to remember. We may burn food in the oven or drop an egg on the floor (and what a mess!). We may have a bad attitude or say the wrong thing. We may not do something that we really should do. Whatever our imperfection, we know that we are a work in progress. Please continue to guide us and direct us. Please forgive us for our failures. Please give us wisdom. Please help us to do our best at whatever we do, and to have the desire to do the things You want us to do, and to not have the desire to do things You do not want us to do. We pray that the desires of our hearts will align with the desires You have for us. We pray that we will become more like Jesus every day, in our walk and our talk. Thank You for the perfect Son of God; the perfect Lamb of God; our Lord and Savior, who makes us righteous in Your sight because of His sacrifice on the Cross and His Resurrection and Ascension to Your right hand where He intercedes for us. We praise You Jesus for being the worthy Lamb who has taken away our sin. In Your matchless name we pray, Amen.
Let’s eat.

Ephesians 6:11-20
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. 13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; 15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: 18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; 19 And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel, 20 For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
Quote of the Day
Trying to do the Lord’s work in your own strength is the most confusing, exhausting, and tedious of all work. But when you are filled with the Holy Spirit, then the ministry of Jesus just flows out of you. ~Corrie Ten Boom~
