Greetings everyone. What a wonderful day to be a child of God. Tell somebody about your savior today. It’s your job! My heart and mind are on the children this morning, so I ask that you join me in this focus today.

 

Today’s Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father, I thank you for this day and all your many blessings. You are great and greatly to be praised. Father, I come to you this day with praise, and also to lift up all of those who minister to babies and children. They have such an important ministry. I pray that you will protect them and the children to whom they minister. I pray that you will give them special unction through the Holy Spirit to love, teach, care for, guide, encourage, and nurture these little ones in the name of Jesus. I pray that a seed of faith will be planted and will grow. I pray that through the years, the right godly people will be there to keep on teaching and guiding these young ones, so that they grow into great people of faith–people who work out their faith in daily life and ministry and glorify you through their lives. Help us all to be good examples for babies and children and for all others who see and hear us as we go about our daily walk. With trust and thanksgiving I pray, in the name of Jesus, Amen.

JESUS BLESSES THE CHILDREN

 

Matthew 19:13-15

 

One day some parents brought their children to Jesus so he could lay his hands on them and pray for them. But the disciples scolded the parents for bothering him. But Jesus said, “Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children.”  And he placed his hands on their heads and blessed them before he left.

 

    We are doing God a disservice by not following his command to bless the children of the world so I’m issuing a challenge to each and everyone reading this message to start each day praising God and then praying a blessing over all children. There is supernatural power in prayer.
