ONE ANOTHER 04-07-17

(CLICK THE TITLE) Good morning and thank God for another day. In these times we are going through now, love is the glue that holds things together; God’s love. The scripture today is eye opening. Let it bless you.

Today’s Prayer

Father, Today I want to ask for Your protection and blessing upon Christian leaders around the world. Please give wisdom and guidance, and surround them with guardian angels. I pray for pastors, missionaries, and other church leaders; for Christian heads of governments; for teachers and parents; for social and relief workers; for every kind of leader that is out there doing Your work, Your will, Your ministry. I lift them up to You, for their tasks are difficult. Block Satan’s attempts to harm them or sidetrack them. Help them stay focused on the tasks and the missions to which You have called them. Thank you, Lord. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

Let’s eat.

One Another

Hating one Another

Titus 3:3

Once we, too, were foolish and disobedient; we were misled by others and became slaves to many evil pleasures and wicked desires. Our lives were full of resentment and envy. We hated others and they hated us.

 By Nature; Loving one Another

1 John 5:2

So you can find out how much you love God’s children–your brothers and sisters in the Lord–by how much you love and obey God.

 By Grace; Forgiving one Another

Ephesians 4:32

Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God has forgiven you because you belong to Christ.

 In Practice; forbearing one Another

Colossians 3:13

Be gentle and ready to forgive; never hold grudges. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others.

 In Love; Preferring one Another

Romans 13:10

Love does no wrong to anyone. That’s why it fully satisfies all of God’s requirements. It is the only law you need.

 In Honor; Counseling one Another

Hebrews 10:24

In response to all he has done for us, let us outdo each other in being helpful and kind to each other and in doing good.

Quote of the Day

The incentive to peacemaking is love, but it degenerates into appeasement whenever justice is ignored. To forgive and to ask for forgiveness are both costly exercises. All authentic Christian peacemaking exhibits the love and justice – and so the pain – of the cross.
