(CLICK THE PICTURE) Good morning everyone. By the grace of God, we have made it to the beginning of another wonderful day. Give thanks for the blessings in your lives today.

Today’s Prayer

“Search us, Oh God, and know our hearts; Try us, and know our anxieties; And see if there is any wicked way in us And lead us in the way everlasting”. Please show us where we are wrong and give us the wisdom, courage, and conviction to repent and to always do what is right. This we pray, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Let’s eat.

Things Which Are Laid Up

 The Hope of Glory

1 Corinthians 1:4-5

I always thank my God for you and for the gracious gifts he has given you, now that you belong to Christ Jesus. Through him, God has enriched your church in every way—with all of your eloquent words and all of your knowledge.

For the Saint, The Victor’s Crown

2 Timothy 4:6-8

As for me, my life has already been poured out as an offering to God. The time of my death is near. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, and I have remained faithful. And now the prize awaits me—the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give me on the day of his return. And the prize is not just for me but for all who eagerly look forward to his appearing.

For the Servant, Death and Judgment

Hebrews 9:27-28

And just as each person is destined to die once and after that comes judgment, so also Christ died once for all time as a sacrifice to take away the sins of many people. He will come again, not to deal with our sins, but to bring salvation to all who are eagerly waiting for him.

Quote of the Day

Grace is not a license to sin, but to walk in humility in the sight of God. Grace frees us to be active in the works of God. We are not tied up with how much we have done, or not done, but we learn by the grace of God to rest in His love.
