What Believers Are Called Into 05-10-19

GOD is good all the time and all the time GOD is good. Remember that always. This is an important day for all of us. It’s a fresh new start that propels us forward. Use it wisely people and make every person you come in contact with feel special. As you all should know, we are called by the Father to be good examples and shine the light of Jesus.

Today’s Prayer

Father, Here I am, in awe of Your tremendous love and power. I too am persuaded that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any power, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate me from Your love that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. My identity is not in my job, my profession, nor any other thing, but in You. I am convinced that no matter what happens, I am a precious human being in Your sight and Your love, grace, and mercy will always sustain me. Thank you so much. In JESUS’ name, Amen.

Let’s eat.

What Believers Are Called Into

Called into the Grace of Christ

Galatians 1:6 –

I am amazed that you are turning away so soon from God who, in his love and mercy, invited you to share the eternal life he gives through Christ; you are already following a different “way to heaven,” which really doesn’t go to heaven at all.

Called into God’s Light

1 Peter 2:9 –

But you are not like that, for you have been chosen by God himself–you are priests of the King, you are holy and pure, you are God’s very own–all this so that you may show to others how God called you out of the darkness into his wonderful light.

Called into His own Kingdom

1 Thessalonians 2:12 –

that your daily lives should not embarrass God, but bring joy to him who invited you into his Kingdom to share his glory.

Called into the Fellowship of His Son

1 Corinthians 1:9 –

God will surely do this for you, for he always does just what he says, and he is the one who invited you into this wonderful friendship with his Son, even Christ our Lord.

Quote of the Day

The light of heaven is the face of Jesus Christ; the joy of heaven is the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ; the melody of heaven is the name of Jesus Christ. The theme of heaven is the work of Jesus Christ. The employment of heaven is the work of Jesus Christ. The fullness of heaven is the Lord Jesus Christ, himself.
