HOW’S YOUR LOVE WALK GOING? 02-03-19

Good morning everyone and praise the Lord for another day and another chance to get ourselves in line with His word. Today I want to ask about your Love walk. Is your love walk in line with the word? Are you showing the love of God in your life or are you still sometimes hateful toward others. Please don’t feel like you have to answer those questions for me, answer them for yourself with honesty and integrity.

Today’s Prayer

Father, on behalf of my brothers and sisters in Christ I ask that you would help us leave spaces in our days for quiet growth, for new ideas, for dreams and new insights, for new perspectives and directions, for listening for Your quiet voice, and sensing Your will for us. Let us not limit our quiet time with You, for fear that we miss out on what Your Holy Spirit has uniquely for us! Let us not be impatient, afraid of being calmed; let us learn to wait until the breath of the Holy Spirit fills our sails, and we can set forth on a course, secure in the knowledge that it is the one that You have charted for us. In Jesus’ wonderful name I pray, Amen.

Let’s eat.

Love is the Most important Ingredient

1 Peter 4:8-11

Most important of all, continue to show deep love for each other, for love covers a multitude of sins. Cheerfully share your home with those who need a meal or a place to stay. God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another. Do you have the gift of speaking? Then speak as though God himself were speaking through you. Do you have the gift of helping others? Do it with all the strength and energy that God supplies. Then everything you do will bring glory to God through Jesus Christ. All glory and power to him forever and ever! Amen.

Quote of the Day

God has a time for everything, a perfect schedule. He is never too soon, never too late. The when of His will is as important as the what and the how.
