Good day everyone. As I sit here this day all I want to do is praise the Lord for all of the tests I’ve been through lately, Some good, some not so good. But what has happened in the mist of these test is my spiritual character has been lifted a notch. With all growth comes some pain. Saying that brings me to what I feel compelled to share today. Today’s Prayer
Let’s eat.
Dear Lord, today is Your gift to us! Let us not fret about the past, re-living our mistakes and hurts, rather help us to learn from them. Remind us not to live for some tomorrow that may or may not come, for fear that we miss the NOW. Let us treasure every precious experience, large or small, good or bad, for we can enjoy it, or learn from it. Let us try to live each day to Your glory, for only then can we be sure that our lives are indeed worth while, and precious to You. Thank You, Lord, for this moment — that we are here, and that You are with us! This is our joy! At other times this is our comfort, our faith, and our peace! In the wonderful name of Jesus we pray, Amen And Amen.

Look unto Me
Isaiah 45:18-22
For the Lordis God, and he created the heavens and earth and put everything in place. He made the world to be lived in, not to be a place of empty chaos. “I am the Lord,” he says, “and there is no other. I publicly proclaim bold promises. I do not whisper obscurities in some dark corner. I would not have told the people of Israel[c]to seek me if I could not be found. I, the Lord, speak only what is true and declare only what is right. “Gather together and come, you fugitives from surrounding nations. What fools they are who carry around their wooden idols and pray to gods that cannot save! Consult together, argue your case. Get together and decide what to say. Who made these things known so long ago? What idol ever told you they would happen? Was it not I, the Lord? For there is no other God but me, a righteous God and Savior. There is none but me. Let all the world look to me for salvation! For I am God; there is no other.

Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.”

But anyone who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise that person at the last day. For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink. Anyone who eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in him. I live because of the living Father who sent me; in the same way, anyone who feeds on me will live because of me. I am the true bread that came down from heaven. Anyone who eats this bread will not die as your ancestors did (even though they ate the manna) but will live forever.”
