(CLICK THE TITLE) Good day everyone. What a great time we have in front of us. With the world falling apart, A rash of needless killing going on everywhere. Our job as children of God becomes even more important. Step up and get to work.
Today’s Prayer
Father, This world is still so full of turmoil and it gets worse every day but You told us in Your Word that this would happen. It looks like World War III could happen any day. Is this nearing the end of the world as we know it? Father, You have promised to be with Your children. We pray for Your continued hand of protection. We also pray for our President and all the world leaders who are trying to right the world economy. We pray for strengthening of allies and for Your Spirit to rest on all leaders around the globe. Thank You for Your interventions, for Your hand, and for Your promises. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
Let’s eat.
Praise The one who counts
Psalm 148
Praise the LORD! Praise the LORD from the heavens! Praise him from the skies! Praise him, all his angels! Praise him, all the armies of heaven! Praise him, sun and moon! Praise him, all you twinkling stars! Praise him, skies above! Praise him, vapors high above the clouds! Let every created thing give praise to the LORD, for he issued his command, and they came into being. He established them forever and forever. His orders will never be revoked. Praise the LORD from the earth, you creatures of the ocean depths, fire and hail, snow and storm, wind and weather that obey him, mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars, wild animals and all livestock, reptiles and birds, kings of the earth and all people, rulers and judges of the earth, young men and maidens, old men and children. Let them all praise the name of the LORD. For his name is very great; his glory towers over the earth and heaven! He has made his people strong, honoring his godly ones– the people of Israel who are close to him. Praise the LORD!
Quote of the Day
Legalism wrenches the joy of the Lord from the Christian believer, and with the joy of the Lord goes his power for vital worship and vibrant service. Nothing is left but cramped, somber, dull and listless profession. The truth is betrayed, and the glorious name of the Lord becomes a synonym for a gloomy kill-joy. The Christian under law is a miserable parody of the real thing.
