(CLICK THE TITLE) Good morning and give thanks unto the Lord, for He is good, yes He is good. He opened our eyes for another chance. You better praise Him. I have a question for you; what kind of fruit are you baring from your spiritual tree? Keep reading for more insight.
Today’s Prayer
Father, today I come to you on behalf of my married brothers and sisters in Christ. If we are to live with our mate “until death do us part,” then we must help him/her to be more lovable. How? By being more lovable ourselves! Love must be completely unselfish, sacrificial, wanting our spouse’s uniqueness developed to the fullest. Oh Lord, it’s a risk, isn’t it? But then Your love was offered with a risk too. Help us, for we are so inadequate without You. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
Let’s eat.
The Tree and Its Fruit
Luke 6:43-45
“A good tree can’t produce bad fruit, and a bad tree can’t produce good fruit. A tree is identified by the kind of fruit it produces. Figs never grow on thorn bushes or grapes on bramble bushes. A good person produces good deeds from a good heart, and an evil person produces evil deeds from an evil heart. Whatever is in your heart determines what you say.
Let the above scripture be your litmus test for life and guide you down the correct path.
Quote of the Day
Jesus used a show, tell, deploy, and supervise method of training. After calling the disciples he took them along with him, teaching and healing the sick as he went. Then, after he thought the disciples had seen and learned enough to try for themselves, he then commissioned, empowered, instructed, and sent them out to do the same things.
